Somewhere around 7–10 months, babies hit peak squish. Sitting up, full of smiles, not yet on the move. A baby session is a simple way to capture them at exactly this stage - soft, squishy, and entirely themselves.

I take care of the setup. The props, the studio, everything you need on the day.
Outfit-wise, I have options in the studio for little ones, or you're welcome to bring something from home. We allow time for outfit changes, diaper changes, and any fussing in between. There's no rush.
Most sessions include some mommy and me shots too, so you'll be in front of the camera as well.
Sessions typically run about 30-45minutes, but additional time is built in to make sure there's plenty of time for everything.

Ideal if you want multiple looks and that special mommy or parent & me moment captured too.

FAQ
When should I book?
Around a month in advance is a good rule of thumb, but it's always worth reaching out - I may have something sooner. Get in touch and we'll find a date that works.
Can other family members come along?
The studio is a small, relaxed space, so it works best with just the essentials. If you'd like to bring someone along, just mention it when you get in touch and we'll figure out what works.
Where are sessions held?
All sessions take place at Little Light Studio, my home studio in East Memphis, Memphis, TN. Full address and parking details are sent once your session is booked.
What should my child wear?
I'd suggest keeping it simple. Neutral tones and no logos, pictures, or text on clothing. It keeps the images clean and timeless. If you're not sure where to start, I'm happy to help put something together, and I also have outfit options in the studio if you need them.
